REFLECTION
Creating a design relating to the narrative of a paddy field is quite challenging. The poetics of the paddy field vary depending on the perspective. Our group was struggling with confirming the direction we wanted to follow, therefore we went through many iterations of different styles and forms. In the end, we settled on a organic form that focuses on the everlasting continuity of the paddy field while appreciating the hardwork of the farmers. We explored interesting modifying elements to incorporate into our design in order to elevate the experential journey for the user. These ideas were improved and adapted from our precedent studies of past architecture.
