This module introduces the principles and methods of analysis, abstraction, and synthesis in design thinking that are common to many design fields, including building and architecture. The key emphasis of the studio is “User and Context”, which investigates the relationship between user and naturalenvironment.

REFLECTION

From this project, I was able to learn diagramming analysis. Thanks to Edward T. White's reading material for teaching me this method of diagramming. For future projects, I will apply this diagramming method to get a better understanding of the buildings. Especially diagrams like natural light, circulation and structure which are useful for showing how the building operates.
